3.5″ floppy drive bay SD to IDE hard drive carrier / adapter (40 pin)

Description

This carrier allows for easy access to the SD card in the SD to IDE converters via a 3.5″ drive bay.  The carrier only model only includes the plastic carrier (no electronics are included).  It has holes that align in the hard drive configuration on the sides and bottom, and for floppy drives on the sides.  You will need to power the SD to IDE adapter board via the floppy power connector if you are installing this drive below another drive.  The Molex connector is too tall to allow it to fit in a 1″ tall drive bay.

You have a choice between vented and non-vented.  Reach out if you would like a different color or custom size.

You can add on an 8 inch / 20 cm 4-pin hard drive Molex to 4-pin floppy drive power converter.
